Dance To Health

One of the reasons that people have trouble keeping up with exercise programs, whether they’re visiting their local gym, planning a trip to one of the many adult "fat camps" around, or simply working out in the comfort of their own home, is that exercising can get rather boring after a while. Doing the same old routine day in and day out can make people dread setting aside the time to exercise, which makes using excuses to avoid it all the more attractive.  Similarly, the idea that exercising is a tedious, repetitive chore can keep people from joining gyms or attending "fat camps" in California at all.

Luckily, there are exercise programs out there that make getting in shape fun! One of the more popular types of exercises currently out there are routines that have been inspire by the dancing in Bollywood movies. The smash hit film Slumdog Millionare helped raise awareness of this culture after winning a notable number of Oscars. The dancing in these Bollywood films is energetic and fun. Paired with great music, it’s no wonder that these routines are becoming more and more popular.  It’s not uncommon to find fitness centers or California fat camps offering a class or two in this style of dance.  And it’s only one of a multitude of dance styles the world stage has to offer.
